Skills training is directly relevant to employability as is required by industry and can be custom suited for your intended future employment, for example, Mining, Civil Construction, Landscaping, Quarrying, Trenching, Dam Construction, Road Construction to name a few.

T.E.A.M. provides training conducted in a real working environment and covers requirements for workplace health and safety.

Courses are tailor-made to suit students' needs, e.g., persons requiring full theory to gain competency for the RII. Our courses also surpass the requirements of practical skills for National Standards.

All students will be provided lots of practice time to reach industry entry-level employability skills; as the industry is wide and varied, we can deliver specific tasks skills.

Our trainers are highly skilled plant operators and trainers, delivering only relevant training required in industry.

We offer specific task skills training, for example, Civil Works as differ to Mining Operations, and ticket upgrades.

We recognise the difference between the civil industry's skills and the mining industry and train for each industry.
